1. Overview
This Refunds & Cancellations Policy explains how subscriptions and payments work on the RapidWorker AU platform. It applies to all subscriptions managed by AL & JP Pty Ltd (ABN 27 617 956 215), trading as RapidWorker AU (“we”, “us”, “our”).
2. Subscription details
- Subscriptions are billed at $9.99 AUD per calendar month.
- Payments are securely processed via Stripe.
- Your subscription provides access to premium features for the full calendar month in which payment was made.
- You can cancel at any time through your profile under Account > Subscription.
3. Cancellations
When you cancel your subscription:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period (the end of that calendar month).
- After that, your access will automatically expire, your account will revert to a free or inactive state, and your profile will no longer appear in search results or messages.
- You can resubscribe at any time by reactivating your subscription.
4. Failed payments
- If your payment fails (for example, due to insufficient funds or expired card details), our system will attempt to retry your payment.
- If the payment remains unsuccessful after the retry period, your subscription will be automatically cancelled.
- When this happens, your profile and access to subscription features will be removed immediately until payment is successfully processed again.
5. Refunds
- Because subscriptions provide full access immediately upon payment, we generally do not offer refunds for partial months or unused time.
- However, if you believe you were charged in error or experienced a technical issue preventing use, contact hello@rapidworker.com.au within 7 days of the charge, and we’ll review your case fairly.
- Refunds (if approved) will be returned to your original payment method via Stripe.
6. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a remedy if a paid service fails to meet consumer guarantees. For more information, visit www.accc.gov.au/consumers.
7. How to cancel
You can cancel directly through your profile at any time:
- Log in to your account.
- Go to Account > Subscription.
- Click Cancel Subscription and confirm.

8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy periodically to reflect changes to pricing, payment systems, or business processes. Updates will be posted on this page with the “Last updated” date revised.
