1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the RapidWorker AU platform (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These Terms form a legal agreement between you and AL & JP Pty Ltd (ABN 27 617 956 215), trading as RapidWorker AU (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

2. Who we are

RapidWorker AU is an Australian-owned platform that connects businesses with professionals. Businesses can advertise or manage work opportunities, and professionals can showcase their profiles and communicate with businesses.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service. By using RapidWorker AU, you confirm that you meet this requirement and can enter a binding contract.

4. Accounts and Profiles

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.
  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating or updating your profile.
  • You may delete your profile at any time through your account settings. To fully delete your account and associated data, contact hello@rapidworker.com.au.

5. Platform purpose and limitations

RapidWorker AU provides a platform for businesses and professionals to connect. We are not a party to any agreement or employment relationship formed between users.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any user-generated information (e.g., profiles, resumes, company pages). You are responsible for verifying information and conducting your own due diligence.

6. Payments and fees

Payments for services, subscriptions, or transactions are processed securely by Stripe. RapidWorker AU does not store or have access to your full card details. Stripe handles all payment information under PCI-DSS compliance.

Fees, if applicable, will be shown before you complete a transaction. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise.

7. Acceptable use

You agree to use RapidWorker AU only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Impersonate another person or business.
  • Post misleading, false, or inappropriate content.
  • Use the platform to harass, discriminate, or abuse others.
  • Attempt to access or modify other users’ data.
  • Upload malicious code, spam, or any material that could harm the platform.

8. Content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you create or upload (such as resumes, company information, or images), but grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, display, and share it with other users as necessary for the Service to function.

Our trademarks, design, and software remain our property and may not be copied, modified, or redistributed without permission.

9. Communication and messaging

RapidWorker AU includes a messaging feature for direct communication between businesses and professionals. You must use it respectfully and lawfully. We may monitor message metadata (not content) to ensure safety and prevent spam or abuse.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or engage in behaviour that risks harm to others or the platform. You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account.

11. Disclaimers

  • We provide the Service “as is” without warranties of any kind.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or compatibility with all devices.
  • We are not responsible for agreements, payments, or conduct between users.

12. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RapidWorker AU is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid (if any) in the 12 months before a claim.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in Australian courts.

14. Updates to these Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
