The RapidWorker AU platform exists to help businesses and professionals connect safely and professionally. This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) outlines what behaviour is expected and what is prohibited while using the platform.
By using RapidWorker AU, you agree to follow this Policy in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
2. Be truthful and professional
- Provide accurate information in your profile or listings.
- Only upload content you have the right to use (e.g., resumes, company logos, or work examples).
- Don’t impersonate another person, company, or falsely claim qualifications.
- Communicate with courtesy — treat every user with respect, even if you decide not to work together.
3. Prohibited content
Do not upload, post, or share anything that:
- Contains hate speech, harassment, or discrimination.
- Includes sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise offensive material.
- Promotes illegal activity, self-harm, or the harm of others.
- Infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
- Spreads false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
4. Misuse of the platform
- Don’t use RapidWorker AU to spam, solicit, or promote unrelated products or services.
- Don’t scrape, harvest, or automate access to user data or listings.
- Don’t attempt to interfere with, reverse-engineer, or damage the platform.
- Don’t use multiple or fake accounts to manipulate results or reviews.
- Don’t send messages or attachments containing malware, phishing links, or harmful code.
5. Messaging standards
The in-app messaging system is intended for professional communication between businesses and workers.
- Keep all messages relevant to legitimate work discussions.
- Don’t share offensive or personal content unrelated to work.
- Don’t pressure, threaten, or abuse other users — doing so may result in permanent suspension.
- If you receive spam, harassment, or inappropriate content, report it to hello@rapidworker.com.au.
6. Consequences of misuse
We may suspend, restrict, or permanently delete your account if you breach this Policy or use RapidWorker AU in ways that cause harm to others, the community, or the platform.
In serious cases (such as fraud or harassment), we may also provide relevant information to law enforcement authorities.

If you believe someone is violating this Policy, please contact our team at hello@rapidworker.com.au. Include any relevant details or screenshots to help us investigate the issue quickly.
